Code must be able to be deployed on a server and run 24/7, must also support proxies.
Both the price drop and the Restock monitors must be able to process around 200-400 links in a short amount of time (as little as possible). Ideally every 5-30 seconds.
Developer must be willing to update the monitor if needed -(site changes) throughout the next few years(Will pay of course).
