Website Registration and Payment Repair
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
My website has a dysfunctional registration process and a PayPal payment pathway that needs immediate attention. The site was built by Mills Web Design, whose services are no longer available to me.
Key Issues:
- Users are unable to submit the registration form. This is a critical blocker preventing new users from accessing the site.
- I am unsure about the exact nature of the error messages, as I do not receive them. However, the form simply fails to submit.
The ideal freelancer for this project should have:
- Extensive experience with website troubleshooting and repair, particularly with registration processes and PayPal integration.
- Familiarity with Mills Web Design would be a significant advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently, as I do not have a webmaster at present.
I need this website to be functional again as soon as possible to minimize disruption to my users.
