Website Partner

I am reposting this because I believe I worded things wrong the first time and did not specify what I am looking for well enough. I am new to web developing. I created a website in dreamweaver using a bootstrap template and it messed up my css and javascript coding. I am looking for someone who is experienced well in DREAMWEAVER. I do NOT want to switch to wordpress or wix or anything like that. I am looking for an ongoing basis project not just a one time deal, part of the deal is to teach me along the way how to scratch what I have and rebuild the website with great SEO in DREAMWEAVER.
