Website Listing form Modifications

Greetings for the day ! www.businessinfolink.com is a business directory website which lists businesses. The core functions are submission of business listings (through Listing forms), display of the listed business catalog in home and inner pages and searching the database through the home page search bar. Now we are having the following work to be done in the Business listing form ( List your Products and Services).
1. Presently, the Logo field is mandatory. It should be made optional and for those who do not upload logo/image, the Company Name will have to be shown in the catalog boxes both in “Recent Listing area” and “Related Vendor Area”, and also in the business catalog page.
2. An additional field is to be created titled “Distributor/ Franchise Offer” , selection for which to be done from two dropdown values (options): “Distributor Offer” and “Franchise Offer” . This will also be an optional field to fill. The chosen option will be shown in the catalog box, instead of logo.
3. E mail field is to be made optional and renamed “Business Email”.
In order of priority , the catalog boxes will display the distributor offer / Franchise offer first. If these are not chosen, it will display the logo. If logo is also not uploaded, then it will display the company name. In all 3 fields that is Distributor/Franchise offer, Logo, and Email , the word “Optional” should appear in bracket , after the field name in the Field title or placeholder.
The above change has to be done only in the Silver category Listing form( Free). Those with similar work experience for Joomla sites may apply.
