Website Installation on Dedicated Server

I'm looking for a skilled professional to install an website onto my dedicated server. I already have a domain name ready for this project. Your task will primarily be focused on the server-side setup, ensuring the website is properly installed and configured for optimal performance.
Ideal Skills:
- knowledge of how to use windows 2022 with plesk obsidian. Its dedicated server.
- Proficient in E-commerce website installation
- Knowledgeable in SSL setup and domain linking.
The code was done in
Laravel and its database driven website. We have frontend and backend code. Unfortunately the developers that made the site for us did not know how to use windows server nor plesk obsidian. We perfer the person that we select to know jow to use plesk obsidian so we can manage the site with the ccontrol panel.
