Website Enhancement: Seller Posting & Buyer Notifications

I'm seeking an experienced web developer to streamline the seller posting process on our site, which is akin to a Patreon platform. Currently, the posting steps are overly complicated for our sellers.

Key Tasks:
- Simplify the seller posting process
- Modify front-end elements, including a layout redesign, adding new buttons or links, and increasing the character limit for descriptions of products.
- Enable the site to send various emails to buyers, including request order confirmations, request order completion notifications, and request messages from sellers (which includes the sellers’ attachment for the request).

Ideal candidates should have:
- Significant experience in web development, particularly with complex platforms
- A strong background in front-end design
- Excellent communication skills to understand and implement these requirements
- Java, Springboot app, Apache, tomcat
