website Development & Medical Report Management System Users of the system:
i. Users: People who will use the system and upload their reports.
ii. Agents: People who will bring in more users.
iii. Admin: Person/owner who will manage the entire system from the backend.
User:
i. User needs to register to the portal by making a payment of the xxx amount. Users
can use their existing Gmail ID / Facebook ID / Any email ID / Phone Number to
register to the portal and thereafter update their profile.
ii. Total space allocated per user will be based on the package selected and paid by
the user.
iii. Users can upload different medical reports based on certain filters (like report type,
date, etc.)
iv. User’s dashboard will show the last five uploaded documents (with dates), and
downloaded/shared documents along with the total space purchased and the space
left. Users can also see their current plan/package and can upgrade to other plans
as well by paying the required charges.
v. User can create a shareable link of the entire or any particular report or a set of
reports and can share the same with any third party. The link will, however, remain
active only for a pre-defined period and the reports will be in read-only mode (non-downloadable).
vi. Downloading the reports:
a. The user needs to select the report type along with the date range.
b. The system will show a list of reports available for download.
c. User needs to select the reports that he wants to download (check box) and Click the Download option.
d. All the selected reports will get merged together and downloaded as one
PDF file.
vii. User can add/delete the saved reports.
viii. User can create and maintain a comparison chart of any particular report values
for a pre-defined time period. Under these circumstances, the user needs to
upload the individual vital parameters manually to create the chart and can view the same as and when required.

Agent:
i. An agent can use the platform only after receiving the login credentials from the Admin.
ii. A registered agent can create his profile after successful login.
iii. Agent can share the User Link with new users. Here, the agent’s name in the User form
will remain uneditable.
iv. Agent can also check once a user makes a payment and registers successfully after
clicking the link provided by the agent.
v. Agent can check the total number of successful clients converted by him during a
selected period.
vi. Agent can also see the amount that he should receive against the successfully
converted clients and can also check the amount received from the admin date-wise
and so far.
vii. Agent’s dashboard will show the top performer of the month.
Admin:
i. Admin can manage and control the entire software from the backend.
ii. Admin needs to create the Agent’s login credentials and can manage and make
payments to the agents based on the calculated payable amount.
iii. Receipt of the payment can be uploaded against the Agent’s profile.
iv. Admin can manage the users from the backend as well.
The project Budget is: - INR.35000 fixed price nonnegotiable Time Frame: - 2.5 Months. Please write "I agree on the price" Top of the proposal.
