I'm seeking an experienced website professional to help us catch up on several overdue projects. The ideal candidate will manage staff and have a solid understanding of website development, AI, social media, conversion, ad accounts, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day activities and ensure deadlines are met
- Oversee staff performance and deliverables
- Custom coding, website maintenance, and integrating third-party tools
- Implement AI features, analyze data, and develop marketing strategies
- Manage partner websites and build a lead distribution network

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong staff management experience
- Proficiency in website development and maintenance
- Familiarity with AI tools and marketing
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
