Website Coder (HTML, CSS, JS) - READ & WATCH BEFORE BIDDING

I need a PROFESIONAL website made. I have designed EVERYTHING in Photoshop. I want it completely custom coded, I do NOT want any PSD > HTML type conversions. MANUALLY CUSTOM CODED. This IS NOT a Wordpress, WIX, or bootstrap website, it's completely 100% custom.
I have everything ready to go I just need to get a quote and a timeframe. We can negotiate on both.
Here is a video of my template and EVERYTHING that I need. Watch it at 1.75-2.00 speed and let me know what your quote is, and if we can work together. I really need a professional that can make this pixel perfect as I've waited 15 years for this site to be made.

I am in no rush as long as progress is being made, so the quote should reflect that and the fact that many aspects of the site are already coded. The custom media player and image slider are the 2 most important aspects of the website. The languages to be used would be HTML, CSS and JS, not sure if anything else is needed. I would like some SEO done also.
I NEED QUALITY, not quantity. If this project goes well then I will use you for more future projects as my go to coder. It would also be awesome if we can chat on ZOOM if needed via microphone if and when needed.
Requirements:
1. Complete Communication.
2. Custom Coded.
3. Ability to chat on ZOOM if and when needed.
4. Need to see a live hosting of the website as changes are made.
5. Must have the exact image slider from: www.Gog.com
6. Take in consideration price wise of the fact that many aspects of the site are already coded, how organized and all the content is, and the fact I don't need it as a rush order.
