We at Tillitopedia, a recruitment consultant, are looking forward to building a website (frontend & backend) with the following set of operations:
Clients can sign in and post job requirements with their unique ID and password.
Tillitopedia shall get email notification with all the details. Post approval the jobs shall be posted on our website.
In a similar way, candidates should also get a unique ID and password.
A candidate should be able to see all the job openings and apply for them (with resume parsing).
We should be able to share only screened, relevant, verified CVs through the portal itself with clients.
Client should be given access to a dashboard where he can categorise CVs (shortlisted, rejected, on hold, and so on).
Similarly, candidates should be given a dashboard where they can see the status of all the jobs they have applied for.
Clients should be able to chat with candidates and see their contact details after approvals by Tillitopedia.
Tillitopedia should have provision to control upto what degree candidates details are visible to clients
Candidates should be able to communicate with clients only after they have been accepted.
The website must be created using code, which can be later upgraded. The developer should be able to provide continued services for the next 2 years, with additional charges for further upgrades and maintenance from time to time. Web hosting shall be in our scope.
