Webflow Responsivity Adjustment

I am publishing--in Webflow--my news publication that has 4 columns divided into sectional grids. I need someone to check responsivity and adjust my layouts to the 3 smaller device sizes after I design in desktop. For now anyway, this is not a design job but a simple layout adjustment task for devices. Probably doing something wrong. I need that design to be adjusted by someone who understands Webflow. I will send you the rough layout in flex vertical for grids and you would adjust from there.
