Web chat Preferred Blazor

I need a chat solution, the requirements are quite simple. It must work with an existing database of users ( i will provide the API to get the user list and authenticate them, it uses a simple password , no Auth o SSO required ). The chat must allow the creation of groups by some users ( not all, so it must have a permission based approach ), the users can communicate only with the preauthorized users and within the groups. It must have a search history function and the possibility of sending files. It must done on ASP.Net Or Blazor and will be hosted on Azure so you can work with functions-- it can be Sql Or No SQL.
