Web app to manage service interventions

We need to develop a web app so we can manage service intervention. As a brief of the project, we have more locations, on each location we have more machines and each machine has several parts. For each of those parts we need to establish service intervals and assign engineers to go to the location and do the maintenance. Maintenance can be scheduled one or on demand if something is now working. Engineers must be announced trough email or sms about the events, For detailed information read attached doc.
