Web app for ticket booking

I'm looking for a developer to help us build a web app for ticket sales.

We need Dashboards with different access levels:
Admin Dashboard
User/creator Dashboard
Publicist Dashboard

The web app will do promotion for different events, we'll sell tickets of most of the events trough our platform. Users must be able to
1. register a username/password,
2. choose from a variety of ticket "types" (ex. Vip, General, Front road, etc), then select a date, hour, etc.
3. complete payment
4. recieve an email with ticket details and QR code
5. once ticket's are sold out, the event must show as sold out
6. add event to google/iphone/android calendar
Note. No seat selection is needed

Each event creator must be able to
1. see his/her ticket sales
2. request changes for the event page
3. request new dates/schedules
4. The event creator must have an app as well to read the QR code and register the attendee at the event gate

the event page must have sharing options and add to calendar button
