Web Site Fix

We have a website http://www.htgfurnace.com.. Recently some warnings start to appear on the website. We asked our hosting provider to fix it, but they do not fix it. So I want this website to be copied to a new hosting service (you can recommend the new hosting service to us) and I want these warnings to be fixed. We will pay for the hosting service ourselves. We have access to CWP control panel. Emails are not important, we can set it up again on the new hosting service. Domain names are registered to us, so we can change the DNS easily. Please give us a fixed price offer.
