Web RTC Application and Website Builder
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I am searching for a web developer to build a web application with years of experience. I need a freelancer to build a website that enables a Web Application through a server to allow its users to use their built-in computer web-camera or mobile device to live stream. I would prefer Web RTC, VPS Server, no OBS, and no third-party API's.
I have taken time to outsource this project but have had issues with freelancers claiming they can do the job with inadequate outcomes.
My budget would be between $400-$1,400.
I am familiar with website building and tech hardware but do not have the time to learn full stuck web development at this time.
