Web Project Bug Fix and UI Match

My web project has several bugs and UI inconsistencies that need to be addressed.

Key Issues:
- The confirmation modal does not match the design
- Upon reloading the page, all red hearts reset to white
- New cards disappear and old deleted cards reappear on reload
- Old avatar and profile data reappears on reload

The first priority is to fix the issue with the red hearts resetting on page reload.
