Web Portal for a soil monitoring platform

I am looking for a skilled web developer to create a web portal for our soil monitoring platform. The portal will serve as a central hub for users to access and analyze real-time data.
Features required for the web portal include:
- Real-time data visualization: The ability to display data in a visually appealing and easy-to-understand format.
- User registration and login: Users should be able to create accounts and securely log in to access their personalized data.
- Data analytics and reporting: The portal should provide tools for users to analyze and generate reports based on the collected data.
I have specific technologies in mind for the web portal, and I am looking for a developer who is experienced with these technologies.
The expected traffic on the web portal is medium, so the developer should have experience in building scalable and efficient web applications to handle this level of traffic.
The platform will be web portal, with login for farmer and admin. database used is firebase, frontend in htlm,css, js and backend in python. We will collect field data for every registered farmer and using that data predict the future values for 2 days so that the farmer can be notified beforehand for immediate needs of farm, nutrient deficiencies, water requirements etc. this will help farmer to maximise crop yield by giving best environment to crop. A stacked LSTM Model for time series analysis will be used.
