As our Web Development Project Manager, you'll be the bridge between our client-facing team and our development and design teams. You'll wear many hats, from processing incoming work and assigning tasks to managing Monday.com boards and ensuring projects stay on track. But most importantly, you'll be a problem-solver, proactively identifying potential roadblocks and keeping communication flowing seamlessly.
Here's what you'll do:
- Partner with our Account Lead to seamlessly manage client projects.
- Take charge of tasks like assigning and managing WordPress work, debugging, testing, and content updates.
- Bridge communication between clients, designers, developers, and tech partners.
- Track project progress, identify roadblocks, and keep things on track.
- Create training materials to empower our clients.

- You’re detail-oriented and can provide constructive feedback on things you’re working on.

- You’re self-reliant and can have an organized approach to keeping projects on schedule and within budget while offering a hospitable environment.
- You're eager to learn and grow in the exciting world of web development, have a passion for web development and a solid understanding of WordPress and web technologies (HTML, CSS, etc.)
- A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and 2+ years of experience are a plus, but passion and a willingness to learn are key!
