Web Developer for NextJS & Framer Motion based website

I'm seeking a competent NextJS and Framer Motion developer with a keen eye for design to finalize my single page website.
Key requirements and tasks include:
- Completing the page with newsletter and footer section (TailwindCSS)
- Adding/improving animation effects using Framer motion: The design should be clean, professional and minimalist, and the animations should complement this.
- Ensuring responsiveness: The site is already responsive and with the addition of new components needs to be visually striking and fully functional on all devices.
The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in both NextJS and Framer Motion, as well as a good grasp of modern design principles. I'm looking for someone who can complete the website and as a bonus improve the overall code structure.
