I am in need of a skilled web developer to create a website with SSH tunneling capabilities akin to sites like https://www.jagoanssh.com and https://sshocean.com/sshws. This project entails the following:

- Multiple Server Locations: Users should be able to choose from various server locations worldwide for their tunnel connections.
- Bandwidth Monitoring: There should be a feature that enables users to monitor their bandwidth usage during SSH tunneling sessions.
