Web Developer Needed to Update Site for Grasshopper SMS Compliance (DCA2 Campaign Compliance)

We’re looking for a web developer who is experienced with Grasshopper’s SMS compliance requirements to help us bring our website and messaging campaign into compliance.
We’ve received the following notice from Grasshopper regarding campaign ID CWWI9PH:
DCA2 declined sharing request. Explanation: Unable to verify, needs compliant and accurate CTA information. Update with specific path for mobile opt-in, HELP instructions, STOP instructions, message frequency disclosure, "message and data rates may apply" disclosure, and link to the message program privacy policy, or language referring to the privacy policy. (806)
We need someone who can:
Review and understand Grasshopper’s SMS compliance documentation
Update our website to include all required elements:
Clear call-to-action (CTA) with a specific mobile opt-in path
HELP instructions
STOP instructions
Message frequency disclosure
“Message and data rates may apply” disclosure
Link to the message program privacy policy or appropriate language referring to it
Ideal candidate will have:
Experience working with SMS platforms like Grasshopper
Familiarity with carrier-level compliance standards (CTIA, TCPA, etc.)
Web development skills to make the necessary updates
Attention to detail and understanding of legal/compliance language
Please include examples of past work where you've helped ensure SMS compliance or updated websites accordingly.
Timeline: ASAP — this is a priority fix.
