This project aims to launch the magazine's second edition in August, focusing particularly on an optimized user experience for mobile, inspired by the design of the 032c website ([https://032c.com](https://032c.com)).
**Project Objectives:**
- To develop a website with an emphasis on responsive design, primarily focusing on the mobile experience, including advanced features such as a payment system and image galleries/carousels.
- To work closely in designing and implementing complex layouts that showcase the magazine's visual and textual content.
- To ensure the site's quality and performance across various mobile devices.
**Desired Skills and Expertise:**
- Proven mastery of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, with work examples demonstrating a keen attention to responsive design.
- Experience with online payment systems, creating interactive features, and developing complex layouts.
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively, with a flair for creatively solving problems.
**Responsibilities:**
- Designing and developing the website in accordance with project guidelines, focusing on intuitive navigation for mobile users.

**Budget and Timeline:**
- Budget: 20-35 EUR per hour, negotiable based on expertise and experience.
- Timeline: Flexible, with an initial commitment of about two hours per week (one hour in collaboration, one hour solo work) for four months, leading up to the magazine's release at the end of July.
