Web Application Development

I'm in need of an experienced computer programmer to help me develop a web application from scratch.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.)
- Experience with back-end programming (Node.js, Python, Ruby, etc.)
- Familiarity with database management (SQL, MongoDB, etc.)
- Prior experience in developing and launching a web application
- Good understanding of UX/UI principles
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively
