I want to create a WIX bilingual website [English and Arabic] with customized coding somehow similar to what is descripted within below provided video and link.

The point that the site will include all service rates so the client can choose which service(s) he/she would like to get using multiple check boxes.
Thus, different level of discounts will be applied based on the chosen services/customer input.
