Vue 3 migration of Webapplication

I'm looking to migrate my dashboard/management web application to Vue 3 using Primevue and Tailwind CSS. The project involves creating specific views with given components.
Key Requirements:
- Migrate existing dashboard/management tool to Vue 3 (composition api)
- Use Primevue and Tailwind CSS for to create a responsive UI
- Create using specified components and views
Ideal Skills:
- Extensive experience with Vue 3 and its composition API
- Proficiency in Primevue and Tailwind CSS
- Strong understanding of UX and user interfaces
