Vue.js Lexical Text Editor Development

I'm looking for a skilled Vue.js developer to create a Vue.js version of the open-source Lexical text editor. The final product should including:

- Basic text formatting (bold, italics, underline)
- Advanced text handling (tables, lists, code blocks)
- Plugins and extensions support

Moreover, the user interface should be based on the Lexical editor. The text editor should also support multiple languages. Therefore, experience with implementing multilingual support in web applications is a plus.

Ideal candidate should:
- Have extensive experience with Vue.js
- Be proficient in creating complex web applications
- Have a keen eye for detail to ensure the UI matches the original Lexical editor exactly
- Have experience with implementing multilingual support in web applications
