Vue Front End Developer -- 2

Looking for a Vue frontend developer who can help build a SPA project for a Bible company. The Goal is to present the Bible on the page along with tools that can interactively be toggled on and off screen. Users will be able to click on a verse and insert notes as well as comment on notes that users have shared to them. I will be building the backend database and API for you to integrate into your new templates. I would prefer you use Boostrap as the CSS. This needs to work on mobile and desktop and will also be embedded on other sites in an iframe so it must be dynamic.
