VoIP Class 5 Softswitch build
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD
Hello, we are a hosted voip service provider and until now we have been using FreePBX and Asterisk, we are looking at moving away from FreePBX. We are open to either Asterisk or FreeSwitch, whichever meets our requirements listed below:
Good day,
We are a VoIP Solutions Provider that is currently looking to move away from our FreePBX systems we host for clients to a Class 5 Softswitch/PBX. I have compiled a list of features we want but don’t currently have with FreePBX and then the top features of FreePBX that are an absolute must have in this development. This would need to be a linux based platform capable on running on multiple dedicated servers with iSCSI storage. Ideally, we would like the platform built on a AlmaLinux or Rocky Linux. We would want the ability to have this system deployed on multiple server stacks in multiple datacenters for hyper availability.
Also, to pair with the softswitch we would also plan on building the following in the future:
- An iOS and Android app for our customers to access their admin sections to make changes on the fly and access billing
- An iOS and Android softphone app for customers
- A Windows softphone application
For us to review your proposal, please make sure you review the following information, and tell us your favorite color.
Wanted Features we don't currently have:
- Ability to integrate with a branded softphone app for PC, iOS and Android
- Ability for our customers to manage their services with an Admin iOS and Android App, as well as web interface
- 2 Factor Authentication to access web interface
- Billing System for subscriptions that integrates with our credit card processor, Stripe
- Reseller Support
- Auto Dialer for Client Call Centers, with admin interface and exportable logs, easy import for dial lists.
- Automatic Failover and Load Balancing for Redundancy across multiple physical servers / datacenters
Current Features we do have:
- SIP/PJSIP
- Find-Me/Follow-Me
- Voicemail to Email
- Call Waiting
- Call Whisper
- Do not Distrub
- Extension to Extension Dialing
- Call Forward
- Call Parking
- Call Transfer
- Caller ID Screening
- Successive or Simultaneous Ringing
- Three-Way Calling
- Voicemail
- Custom Hold Music
- Dial by Name Directories
- Multi-Company Profiles for Clients
- Multi-Level IVR
- Multi-Lingual
- Presence Notification
- Call Blocking
- Call Flows
- Click 2 Dial
- Ring Groups
- Time of Day Routing / Night Modes
- Virtual Receptionist
- Fax to Email
- Group Message Broadcast
- Intercom
- Appointment Alerts
- Audio Conferencing
- Video Conferencing
- Microsoft Teams Intergration
- Call Accounting
- Overhead Paging
- Set Dialing Restrictions (Need to set this at the main admin level, and have clients able to adjust it at the extension level)
- Eavesdropping
- Exportable Call Detail Records and Call Logs by account and by extension
- Call Monitoring
- Call Recording
- Queue Wall Board with Admin Management
