Very simple HTML greeting card design

I am interested in creating a simple greeting card HTML template for you. This template will be a general greeting card that can be used for any occasion, and will feature a place for a customizable heading and message.
This doesn't need to be anything fancy, I just want something for a mockup site purposes. The faster this is done the better. I want to emphasize, it doesn't need to be great. Just needs to provide space for the heading and message, and maybe have some color and surrounding decorations (maybe branches, or stars, whatever you want). Preferably it will be at a 5:7 height to width ratio, but it doesn't really matter too much.
