Using Webflow, Memberstack, Zapier, Airtable

Hi, I have my Webflow website that I just recently finished. I am looking to integrate a dashboard for my users after the sign up for a subscription package.
My website is basically an Saas that allows users to subscribe and book with partnered barber shops.
I would like to :
1) create a dashboard for the client - redirecting them to that dashboard once they purchase the package
2) Creating an automated workflow with Zapier and Airtable
3) Whether or not it is possible to have a scheduling calendar available in the dashboard for them to book with partnered barbershop
4) Once the user books on the website a workflow needs to be working in the sense that it will directly email the partnered barber to accept or reject.
