Use WIX to build me a website like..
Budget: $275 – $550 USD
I want a WIX website that has the functionality of..

I don't need you to add 100% of the content to the website, I basically need someone to build everything so it functions like coinmooner and do minimal design.
I don't want every page and I'm familiar with WIX and can do a majority of the design myself. I'm only going to have the homepage and 1 or 2 others, and outside of how the website functions I only need the posts table, search bar, minimal basic design, API connected and working and not too much else.
It's pretty basic for the most part and visitors can do two things, which are upvoting content in the table and submit content to be added to the website after admin approval.
So my website visitors can upvote the content I add to my homepage.. and the "content" is actually a simple list of coins/projects in tabular form.
If a visitor clicks "upvote" it will add a like/upvote to the listing and the items with the most votes will go to the top of the list, it's dynamic. The visitor can vote only 1 time per coin/listing every 24 hours. They can vote multiple times a day throughout the website but only once per coin/listing within a 24-hour period.
If a visitor clicks on the actual coin/listing it will take them to another page where it has more details on the coin/project they clicked on.. like their project links and description.
If a visitor wants to submit a project/coin to get added to the website.. they would go to menu bar and click "add project/coin" and then they fill out all the info about it like name, social media info, url etc. And then I would receive that as the WIX admin and can add it to the website with a couple clicks after confirming it's legitimate.
As you can see on the website there's a "promoted" list on top.. and a regular list of coins/projects below that. So if a visitor wants to have a paid promotional spot they would let me know and I would change the coin/projects status to "promoted" and then it would populate in the promoted spot.
I need to be able to have banner ads like what you see at the top of the page and also that little popup ad that shows up on every page. I'll need that search bar that you see above the regular table also. Basically everything you see on homepage is needed.
Regarding the API, if you look at the table you'll see it has several columns within it. The columns that the API provides data for are the "24hour" and "market cap" columns. The column on coinmooner shows "1hour" and "market cap", but mine will be "24hour" and "market cap" instead. Also, when you click on a coin/listing it takes you to the page that provides additional details about the coin/listing that you clicked on, and you'll see it shows "price", "market cap" and "24hour" , and those are also provided by the API.

I need the homepage, "add a coin" page where visitors submit details to admin, and then the page that opens up when a visitor clicks on one of the listings on the homepage. Any cosmetic design will be minimal and comparable to the look coinmooner at most, essentially the same look with different colors and logo.
Go to the website and mess around with it to see what I mean about the upvoting and everything else it has.
I'm on a tight budget but I figured I'd contact some devs on freelance websites.
