Urgent Project: Improve my homepage

I need a cool homepage that LOOKS great, has the wow factor and blows people away.

I am wanting to either:

1. Improve my current PHP Smarty tpl homepage @ www.eternityready.com

.....or.....

2. Make a new homepage from scratch.

If we choose to improve the homepage, the ideas is:

* Add new big slider. I already have the code on another site. I want the slider added.
* Improve css
* Add a few boxes
* Add New CTA section at footer
* Improve a few stuff on smaller sliders like placement of arrows and text
* Improve the search bar
* I have other ideas


What is my deadline?

I will show favor to someone who can do this quickly. This means if your available right now. We can do 1 step at a time.

What is the budget?

We are a Family / Community focused NON PROFIT. We are a new start up. We are a new company. We are not making a profit yet. So we have cap budget limit of $80 USD. We ask that you work with our small and low budget. Only message if your interested and can work with us. We ask that you not compromise quality.

Can we work long term?

We always do projects. We are open to more projects with you. But you must do a very good job.
