Upload webpage via ftp with shopify page hosted on same domain,

I need help to upload a webpage to my existing domain/host.
I have a shopify site that is currently hosted that I do not want changed.
I would like to add a webpage to the public_html folder via filezilla, but due to the shopify structure it will not work.
I will be updating it regularly, so updates via filezilla is required.
