I'm looking to upgrade my current Gohugo website from version 0.59 to 0.128.
Key Requirements:
- **Gohugo Expertise**: It's crucial that you have extensive experience working with Gohugo, especially with the upgrade process.
- **CSS and HTML Proficiency**: Although the main upgrade will be in Gohugo, skills in CSS and HTML are a bonus as my custom themes will need to be updated.
