Update HTML Website For SEO Compliance

This site needs to be brought up to full SEO compliance to get the best organic results. Third party reports indicate www and non-www are not resolving to the same URL,
website contains "non-SEO friendly" URLs, needs a custom 404 error page (I can create the page, but I need help setting up my site to forward to it),
webpage is using render blocking resources,
webpage needs to be connected with social media using the API's provided by Facebook, Twitter, etc.,
webpage is not using cache headers for CSS resources,
website is not using cache headers for images,
Document Object Model has 2226 nodes, which is greater than the recommended 1500.
