Troubleshoot & Restore Featured Image Search Results

Preface: Featured result images, also known as featured result thumbnails, are the images to the right of the blue link in the search results.
Situation: In July, Semrush showed that my featured image results were 183 in the United States. But since then, it has been decreasing every day until now it is 0. In Ahrefs, there are only 2 countries with image results, and only 1 in each country.
I used the site operator in Google Image Search and saw that my website's images have been indexed.
But when I used the site operator in Web Search and added keywords to the query, I did not see any thumbnails in the results. In addition, although the number of featured result images in SEMrush has dropped to 0, the number of featured result image packages is increasing.
Requirement: Help us find the cause of the problem and solve it so that featured image results appear on Semrush again. At the same time, the images should be visible in the actual search results.
