Travel API integration with .NET

1 year ago, we implemented a travel API in PHP for a demo project and we want to do it know in .NET
I would like NOW, to implement the same travel API and do the attached booking engine steps with the attached API documentation.
You will need to set one way, two ways and multi city reservation for 1 or more persons and also the possibility someone take his car on board.
No need at the beginning to create the payment gateway.
The project should be written in .NET. and it is again for experimental purpose.
Final specifications will be provided once we see your experience.
