Training Database in Access
Budget: $150 – $200 USD
I have an existing Access Database and now need a training database to complement it.
The training database will contain a Training Calendar (for administration to plan training) with different courses on offer at certain days and weeks of the year. Students should be able to register for training classes using an online form of sorts. This registration form forms part of the attendance registers etc. We also capture all student data during and after training completes such as, results of training, assessment percentages, attendance certificates etc.
All Students should also be assigned a unique Student Number and all certificates are also issued with unique certificate numbers. Certificates that are generated after a student completes training should have an authentication mark (like a QR code) that uniquely identifies the valid certificate.
Students when registering should be able to upload their identity documentation and other relevant information, during the registration process. communication to students on registration should come from the access database.
