Time to time changes required at internal portal

Hi,
We have one internal application using google sites scripting language under Google Sites platform of our email domain "XYZ.co.in". Going further we need development support for any enhancement of existing / new forms as well as technical support to solve any issue / troubleshooting on existing applications / google forms created in this application.
I am looking for a freelancer to help me make changes to my company's internal portal. I need help making functionality changes to the portal. I have specific instructions and the changes need to be implemented as and when required or business process changed. Looking forward your earliest response regarding this matter which is urgent.
