The main mission is to unite the Honorary consuls around the world and do some research about which countries and cities are best to have a new Honorary consul and recommend individuals or companies to embassies to become an Honorary consul. They will be a team of consuls that will also research other cities to open new consulates serving the embassy in that specific country with voting and approvals
This is the main idea but there is more that will be added to it
There would be a directory that shows who are the members and contact information
