Test Case Javascript

I am looking for a freelancer to create functional test cases for my project. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating functional test cases using JavaScript.

Requirements:
- Create functional test cases for the project
- Start from scratch as there is no existing code base or framework
- Familiarity with JavaScript testing libraries such as Jest or Mocha is preferred, but not required
