I need a skilled web developer to create a website with integrated payment processing via a Telegram bot. The site will offer a selection of services, and customers will complete payments using Telegram Stars.
Key Requirements:

• Implement a system to generate unique transaction IDs (similar to a “Charge ID”) for each purchase.
• Integrate a Telegram bot to handle payment processing via Telegram Stars.
• The website should redirect customers to the Telegram bot to complete their payment.
