Project Overview
We are building a Talent CRM platform designed for casting teams, creative studios, production companies, and agencies. The software centralizes talent profiles, submissions, communications, and project pipelines into one streamlined system. This platform will function as a modern, scalable alternative to spreadsheets, email chains, and outdated casting tools.

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for developing key components of the Talent CRM, including:

1. Talent Database & Profile System
- Create structured talent profiles (media uploads, skills, credits, tags)
- Implement advanced search & filtering
- Build activity logs (auditions, notes, communications)

2. Pipeline & Workflow Management
- Customizable pipelines for casting, onboarding, and project stages
- Drag‑and‑drop workflow UI
- Automated reminders and status updates

3. Communication Tools
- Email integration (send, track, template system)
- Bulk messaging
- Automated follow‑ups and availability checks

4. Submission & Audition Tracking
- Upload & manage self‑tapes, reels, documents
- Rating, scoring, and internal feedback tools
- Submission review dashboard

5. Scheduling & Availability
- Calendar integration
- Availability tracking for talent
- Automated scheduling suggestions

6. Admin & Permissions
- Role‑based access control
- Team management
- Audit logs

Technical Requirements
Ideal candidates should have experience with:

- Frontend: React, Vue, or similar
- Backend: Node.js, Django, Laravel, or similar
- Database: PostgreSQL or MongoDB
- Cloud: AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Bonus: Experience with CRM systems, ATS platforms, or casting tools
- Optional: AI/ML for talent matching or auto‑tagging
