Subscription-Based Work Connection Site Design

I'm in need of a WordPress expert who can transform my pre-designed website into a fully operational, subscription-based platform. This platform will connect individuals with contract work, similar platform to hipages.com.au (as an example).
Key Features:
- Dual profile creation: One for employers and one for workers, with the ability to upload qualifications, licenses etc.
- Payment integration: Specifically using PayPal or credit card for the subscription service, open to other payments options too.
- Subscription management: Auto subscription renewals, cancellations with auto-emails, receipts etc required.
- Calendar Integration: ability for booked jobs to be integrated in the various calendar platforms.
- Review system: Ability for users to leave feedback on their experience.
- Website management: Ability to self manage basic/intermediate changes to website.
The site should be built on WordPress, but the specifics regarding custom plugins are still under consideration. Please note, strong skills in WordPress, eCommerce integration, and user experience design are essential for this role. Your experience in developing similar platforms will be highly regarded.
