Steam TF2 Key Project -- 2

I want a automated trading system via steam ( there are already some people doing this job ) people who want to sell / buy tf2 keys we are gonna send them bitcoin / altcoin via binance or coinbase. Website only will be using for buy / sell price and fees for the coins , this whole system need to be automated like someone wants to sell 1 tf2 key for 1.68 usd for example , bot needs to do taking this key , sending exactly 1.68 usd bitcoin (binance or coinbase both can be okey ) , and ı need to see this stats and process all time.
