Sort out my Systeme.io issue

The first email which needs to be sent out automatically when a new subscriber subscribes to my funnel using my in-line form is not being sent out.

Can you fix this for me so that once a person opts in, they can receive their first welcome email?

Note that I did not choose the double opt-in option when creating the form.
