Some improvments on the web site ( tour operator)

I have an existing web site.Some of the futures are not working. i need support on that.
1- on the booking vidget , departure city one of them is avaliable, the others are not to choose, wee se but not able to click
2-Contact , it is exist , it is ok to fill in, but when you click on that , it doesnt send, some issue with the e-mail
3-Almost whole web site is translated, but some part is not able to translate from the back office , calender etc
4-Payment , system is working and we are receiving payment butin the customer part , it doesnt show the payment
5 - last issue, the guy whom made this web site told me ( after I asked him why the web site is slow then normal) that he will start ( let something go) from the hosting I beleive and web site will be normal. I need you to do that as well
