Some customers have technical issues

Hi, I'm Carl and I run an online testing/educational website "https://thinkingskillsselectivetest.com/."
Users can click on buttons on my Wix page and they will be taken to our server http://braindocacademytests.com/admin/#!/exams to take tests.
The issue is, some customers recently have been experiencing random issues like feedback/results page not loading, and the timer saying "0-2NaN" instead of the actual time left. (screenshot attached)
Please let me know if you can help me fix this ASAP.
The system is built on Angular JS and MySQL, I think.
