1. User Roles & Permissions
Admin Role:
Full access to all CRM data, including inventory, sales, and customer management.
Permissions:
Create, update, and delete entries for:
Products: Add new solar panel products, update existing product details, or remove obsolete items.
Vendors: Add, manage, or remove vendors associated with products.
Godown Users: Manage warehouse personnel with access to inventory data.
Import/export data functionality in Excel format for:
Reports on sales, inventory levels, vendor performance, and customer data.
Backup and restore capabilities to maintain data integrity.
Access to analytics and reporting tools to track:
Sales trends.
Inventory levels.
Vendor performance.
Communication Tools:
Messaging interface with vendors and godown users for effective coordination on stock updates and customer orders.
Notifications on critical CRM actions like low stock, warranty expirations, and pending customer issues.


Vendor Role:
Access Limitations:
Limited access to assigned products, customer leads, and related interactions.
Update permissions for:
Product availability and pricing specific to their managed products.
Customer leads (status updates and notes).
View-only access to inventory levels of products under their management.
Communication:
Ability to send stock requests to Admin for replenishment.
Notifications on relevant updates like lead status changes, customer inquiries, or inventory adjustments.
Godown User Role:
Access Limitations:
Restricted to inventory management and stock tracking.
Permissions to:
Update stock levels.
Record stock-in and stock-out transactions for product movement.
Notifications on:
Low stock alerts.
Incoming stock requests from vendors.
Limited access to inventory reporting, specifically focused on stock movement and current levels.
2. Product Management
Inventory Management:
Management of 30+ solar panel products with details like:
Product ID, name, specifications, warranty information, and pricing.
Stock levels, reorder points, and expiry dates of warranty.
Categories for products by type (e.g., solar panel types) or vendor.

Product Lifecycle:
Track product additions, updates, and removals with log history.
Set alerts on warranty expirations and suggested maintenance dates for proactive service.





3. Customer Management
Customer Data Tracking:
Maintain detailed records of:
Customer details, lead status, purchase history, and service requests.
Interaction history to ensure continuity in service and track customer satisfaction.
Follow-ups and Reminders:
Automated reminders for follow-ups by the sales team and vendors.
System to assign leads and track follow-up activities with reminders based on customer interaction timelines.
Customer Notes:
Field for customer notes by the sales team to add insights from interactions or preferences.
4. Order and Inventory Management
Order Management:
Track sales and purchase orders with status updates:
Create, view, edit, and manage order statuses (pending, dispatched, completed).
Notifications for low stock, urgent orders, or customer requests.
Real-Time Inventory Updates:
Stock-in and stock-out management for accurate, real-time tracking.
Low stock alerts with reorder suggestions based on threshold levels.
Billing and Product Movements:
